Welcome to our Consumer Science classroom blog! My name is Linnae Edgeworth and I am your instructor for this trimester. I have worked for the Oxnard Union High School District for the past eight years. I'm the mother of two young daughters. My oldest daughter, Keira, is age four, and I have a four month old daughter, Brielle. I decided to go into teaching after my first year of substitute teaching in 2010. I discovered that I had a love for teaching and being part of an education team with students. I love watching students learn new concepts, connect what they are learning to their own personal life, and growing as a human being. I recently took a personality test to measure what type of personality I have and my results were that I am a leader. Although I agree with this, my classroom will always be fair with respect both given and taken.
